RETURN POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of plants, orders cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

To ensure that all plants arrive at their destinations in great condition, we package them securely. In the event that a plant is damaged in transit, kindly take photos of the item, in and out of its packaging, and send it to us within two days so we could raise the matter with the courier service. We may then be able to provide a replacement or a refund.
