Delivery fee is calculated for every location upon checkout. An additional cost is automatically charged for Rural areas upon checkout.
Plants are sent Monday to Tuesday for North, South Island and Rural deliveries. This is to ensure they arrive within the week and prevent getting stuck in the courier’s depot. As for other items (accessories, pots, etc.) deliveries are from Monday to Thursday.
Orders before 9pm each day are picked-up by couriers the following day, keeping with the schedule above. Shipping takes one to three days but if an order does not arrive within the specified time, Living Gifts by Lola should be notified immediately for tracking purposes.
During the holidays, updates are posted in advance for temporary closing schedules.
